Our marketing is very targeted with between 500-1000 unique visitors a day looking for these types of properties. By advertising your properties on our property portals - you can be sure that your advert will be seen by both private and investment buyers who are ready to purchase!
Agency service – unlimited adverts and we find buyers for you from our member database
- Ideal for the property developer, builder or agent who wants to advertise many developments with us.
- Unlimited number of developments and plots included - you can add additional developments and plots at anytime - free of charge!
- Once you have signed our contract you can opt for DIY advertising – you add your details and developments online! There is no limit to the number of properties you add to the web site.
- We can also organise for your properties to be fed directly from your web site to ours
- Once we have reviewed the property details we will email it to all our members and subscribers.
- Our account managers will then market the property directly to our list of investor clients
- Your property will be displayed and actively marketed at one national property exhibition (per quarter)
- Your property details will also be marketed through other 3rd party sites, at no extra charge
- You can log on and go to the member’s area to review/amend your ad and track the number of visitors viewing your developments
- We handle all the enquiries and only bring you potential buyers who are interested in viewing your property or are ready to reserve via our online shopping cart
- This is a no risk service for developers and builders - we either take a fee (typically 2% + vat) from you or a finders fee from the buyer when the property sells

Banner ad within one category of the service directory - limited to 2 companies, as premium entry plus a banner at the top of the page, at a cost of £250 + VAT per quarter.
Banner ad on homepage or other pages within the site - there are a number of advertising opportunities on the site. There will be a maximum of 10 banners on any one page and these will be served in rotation - £250 per quarter.
