Becoming a member

If you are currently investing in property or are considering becoming a first time property investor, then you will probably be aware of the range of Property Investment Clubs around.

New Homes Direct is different - we have designed our Property Investor Club to be very competitive and to give you the following benefits:

  • You can view the full range of properties on our database (typically 500-1000 off plan or newly built plots)
  • You can only view our investor finance packages, deals and discounts by becoming a member of our Investor Club. You can register for free
  • Once you are a member you will receive email alerts of all new properties – alternatively you can see the latest deals as they are added - by clicking on the icon on the site.
  • Competitive finders fees:On reservation, you are required to pay the developer a non-refundable deposit (typically £1000-£2000). We can take that on your behalf by bank transfer and pay the developer immediately, this ensures that you do not loose your plot to someone viewing in the showroom. £1000 + VAT towards the finders fee (non-refundable) is also payable at reservation. If the finders fee is being paid by the developer, we simply require a £500 + VAT admin fee at reservation, this is non-refundable.
  • You will also have access to our member’s area and a range of additional services and discounts offered by our partners and advertisers
  • We have partnered with two brokers with extensive experience in providing mortgage and finance for investment properties. They represent over 125 lenders and can offer high percentage loan to valuations and/or competitive rent to mortgage cover (eg where of mortgage payments are equivalent to 100% of rental receipts). There are no brokers fees! (NB. Offers are subject to availability and circumstances).
  • This is the first property site where you can reserve your property online. Once you have a mortgage offer from our broker (or your own lender) you can reserve your chosen property online. You just pay using your credit card:-

    • Reservation fee (£1000),
    • Mortgage valuation fee (£500-750)
    • Deposit towards the cost of the disbursement (£250).
    • You can snap up the deals before they are even offered to the general public
  • You will already be aware that most deals require a 28-day exchange, so we have made the conveyancing process simple and our conveyancing partners allow you to track the whole process via their web sites.
