If you are currently investing in property or are considering becoming a first time property investor, then you will probably be aware of the range of Property Investment Clubs around.

- You can only view our investor finance packages, deals and discounts by becoming a member of our Investor Club. You can register for free
- Once you are a member you will receive email alerts of all new properties – alternatively you can see the latest deals as they are added - by clicking on the icon on the site.
- Competitive finders fees:On reservation, you are required to pay the developer a non-refundable deposit (typically £1000-£2000). We can take that on your behalf by bank transfer and pay the developer immediately, this ensures that you do not loose your plot to someone viewing in the showroom. £1000 + VAT towards the finders fee (non-refundable) is also payable at reservation. If the finders fee is being paid by the developer, we simply require a £500 + VAT admin fee at reservation, this is non-refundable.

- We have partnered with two brokers with extensive experience in providing mortgage and finance for investment properties. They represent over 125 lenders and can offer high percentage loan to valuations and/or competitive rent to mortgage cover (eg where of mortgage payments are equivalent to 100% of rental receipts). There are no brokers fees! (NB. Offers are subject to availability and circumstances).

- Reservation fee (£1000),
- Mortgage valuation fee (£500-750)
- Deposit towards the cost of the disbursement (£250).
- You can snap up the deals before they are even offered to the general public
- You will already be aware that most deals require a 28-day exchange, so we have made the conveyancing process simple and our conveyancing partners allow you to track the whole process via their web sites.
