Using this site

1) Property search and email alerts

You can search now (using the right hand panel) to see our current list of properties. You can search by:

  • location - please enter the post code, town, county or country
  • age or status, ie off plan, new build, conversions, older properties etc
  • type of property - apartment, terraced, detached etc
  • Number of bedrooms
  • Price band

The developments matching your search criteria will be displayed when you submit your search. You can then select a particular development to see the individual plots or units for that development. If you want to see the financial details, discounts and deals then you need to register. Registration is free and it will allow you to save your search and receive email alerts of new properties from your locations of interest. If you are a buy to let or investment buyer, you can view these deals as a guest, however if you want to see the discounts and deals designed for the investment buyer then you will need to join our Property Investment Club.

2) The features of this site and using our service

Registered subscribers and members can:-

  • view the discounts and deals designed for private buyers (examples include deposit, stamp duty and legal fees paid, plus discounts or cash back to a value of 15%)
  • download the property details, brochures and floor plans
  • view local information and aerial views 
  • contact the developer for a viewing by email or phone
  • save up to 5 searches and 5 properties
  • receive alerts once a property comes online matching your search criteria

3) Online and telephone mortgage application

As a registered subscriber, you can also apply to our FSA accredited brokers for a MORTGAGE; applications can be made online, over the phone or through a personal consultation (no broker fees). Our brokers can find most applicants a mortgage even if they have CCJ´s or arrears (subject to status).

Members of our Property Investment Club can benefit from the expertise of our partnered specialist brokers with extensive experience in providing mortgage and finance for investment properties. They represent over 125 lenders and can offer high percentage loan to valuations and/or competitive rent to mortgage cover (e.g. where mortgage repayments are equivalent to 100% of rental receipts). There are no brokers fees! (NB. Offers are subject to availability and circumstances).

4) Reserving your property online

This is the first property site where you can reserve your property online.

Once you have a mortgage offer from our broker (or your own lender), you can reserve your chosen property online. You just pay using your credit card:-

  • The reservation fee (£500-£1000),
  • The mortgage valuation fee (£500-750)
  • A deposit towards the cost of the disbursements (£250).

Most properties have to exchange within 28-days so we have made the conveyancing process simple and our conveyancing partners allow you to track the whole process via their web sites.

5) Post-reservation activities
