Working with New Homes Direct - Opportunities to become an agent or earn referral fees

If you are a letting agent, solicitor or involved in any aspect of property then we will pay you up to £500 per property for introducing us to a developer, builder or other vendors that use our service. We will also pay a referral fee if you recommend a buyer to us and they go on to purchase through our site. Click here to download a copy of our introducer contract.

You can even work for New Homes Direct by becoming one of our account managers. You must have some experience in the property business and be prepared to work from home on a commission basis. You can earn commission when you find properties for us to sell via our site (sourcing properties from developers); or by securing a sale.

Once you have decided to work with us you will be given responsibility for our investor members in your area. You will work with them to find them suitable properties and help them through the buying process. By building up relationships with our members, you will help them find the properties they require. We train our agents in all aspects of investment property and encourage them to become qualified estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Estate agents and other property professionals can use our services to advertise their clients´ properties by placing an add on our site(s) for each development, with the additional option of using our finder´s service on a shared fee basis. This is particularly suitable for agents selling international property - where it is more difficult to market to UK buyers from an overseas web site. The commission paid on a sale generated from our site(s) will be negotiated per development and is typically 2% (see details above), although for discounted properties the buyer will often pay a finders fee.
